Such acceptance consists in agreeing explicitly, unconditionally and irrevocably to comply with the present terms. You hereby acknowledge that all contents of Netourwork (texts, trademarks, images, services, electronic files, etc.) are intellectual property of the Company since their publication on the internet, and therefore they are protected by the relevant legal provisions of the Greek and European laws and international conventions. The domain name www.netourwork.com is legally trademarked by the Company, as well as the legally registered trademark, and therefore these are also protected by the relevant legal provisions.

 

User Responsibility

User hereby undertakes to abide by the rules of ethical conduct (Netiquette). In such cases where Netourwork enables users to post or send by private message or in any other way whatsoever any information, audio-visual material, text, link to a website or generally any file that is readable/executable by a computer or any other electronic device, to any other user or member of Netourwork, the users shall be solely responsible for the content of this materials. It shall be reminded that for each publication/sending it is necessary to have the right to transmit the specific content either subject to the applicable legislation or to any legal contractual relationship that binds the user. In any case, any content of the below mentioned types shall be prohibited:

The users of Netourwork are required to abstain from using the site for the purpose of carrying out acts that may result in the prosecution or the commencement of any civil or administrative proceedings against the Company for acts that are indicatively and without limitation referred to in the Penal Code, the Specific Penal Laws, the Personal Data Protection Legislation, the Telecommunications Law, as well as other relevant laws of the European Union, the National Telecommunications Commission, the Personal Data Privacy Authority and any other Public or Administrative Authority and Service, as well as for acts that could affect any rights or other legitimate interests of the Company or any third party.

In the event that any third party files a legal application against the Company for breach of any of their legal rights, which falls into those set out in the terms of use in the scope of user’s responsibility, the Company reserves the right to seek concourse against the user. Along with any claims of third parties, the Company reserves the right to claim compensation by the user for breach of the terms of use and for any legal consequence arising therefrom.
In any case, by accessing and using Netourwork, you agree that any exclusions and limitations of liability set out in the present document are reasonable and proportionate.

Netourwork reserves the right to modify and/or temporarily or permanently interrupt part or all of its services with or without notice to the users/members, for a substantial cause. Additionally, Netourwork is entitled to deny or restrict access to the material posted to it if it believes that this material violates the present terms of use.

Limitation of Liability

Netourwok is making every effort to constantly develop, update, and improve its services. All necessary organizing and safeguarding measures are taken and the most appropriate technical means for the protection of content are applied, aiming at providing the user with the safest possible environment in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. However, it is always possible that errors/malfunctions/interruptions may occur in the content of the site and/or that viruses or other malicious software may appear on the website or on its server.

The Company shall not be held responsible for any damage and/or any other consequence that you may suffer resulting from your access to Netourwork and/or the use of its services, which are provided “as such”. Applicable Law and Miscellaneous Provisions

The present terms of use are governed and supplemented where necessary by the Greek and European law, while the courts of the city of Athens shall be competent for any disputes.

The Company seeks to resolve amicably and extra-judicially any dispute which may arise in the course of use of Netourwork and/or the application of the present terms of use.
